Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1. Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.

3. Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).

ZAKRAN REFUND POLICY

Zakran endeavors to make sure that products supplied via our platform are of top quality and conform to the descriptions indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
In this Policy, we have outlined some information about the terms applying to claims for refund. Please read it carefully.

If the product is defective or does not conform to the description specified on the site at the time of purchase, it is seller’s responsibility to provide refund of the full amount. If the product is returned, sellers will be responsible for return postage. Seller should discuss alternatives with buyer before the product is returned. To solve refund requests, seller may offer the buyer:

· The option to rectify the damage;

· deliver a new, functioning product to the buyer;

· reduce the price of the product;

· refund the buyer the cost of repairing the product;

· Cancel the order and refund full order amount to the buyer.

Sellers will have the right to decline requests for refunds, exchange or replacement where:

· The returned product was damaged as a the result of negligent handling by customer;

· Claim of refund is for the reason that customer changed mind for any reason (for example where customer longer wants the product or found the product elsewhere at a low-priced rate;

· the product is custom-made according to customer’s specifications or instructions;

· The apparent defect on the product is clearly stated on the site at the time of purchase.

Returns:
Customers have the right to return any purchased product at any time within 10 days from the date of delivery if the Vendor offers this Option. To return a product, please do the following:

· Contact the seller or our customer support before returning products and let us know of your request to return the product;

· Pack the product properly in its original packaging including product documentation, user manual, factory tags and/or labels, if any. Returned product must be unused, in original condition and undamaged. Products purchased as a set must be returned as a set. It is customer’s duty to take proper care of the product while in customer’s possession.

· Fill in the return label accompanying your order. If there is no return label, please contact us. Seller may not accept products returned without first contacting them. The use of return labels is free.

· Attach a copy of sale invoice. If applicable, specify method of refund otherwise refund will be credited to the payment method used to purchase the product.

· Please deliver the return package to the nearest post office. Please note that if your do not use the return label included in the order, it is your responsibility to make sure that the product is returned back to our or seller’s address.

· Products returned beyond the 14 days return period will not be accepted or refunded.


Refund:

If you cancel your order or if the seller
cancels the order, we will refund you with the purchase amount minus shipping
or transportation costs. The refund amount will be paid to the payment method
used to purchase the product.

Our return and refund policy is described above. According to NYS law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
